30 minute core workout at the gym and 30 minutes of 300 watt spinning intervals. Not too creative but effective.

I just completed 3 hours of intense yard work - mowing, trimming, edging...fatigued!

I've exposed myself to the responsibility of being an assistant Ice hockey coach for both my son's team which is Mite (age 8) and my daughter's team (under 12 girls)

Woke up at 4:30 to get to the rink by 5:40 and skated for 45 minutes waiting for the head coach and some teammates to show up.  Nobody did.   At least I got some work in.  And 7 months ago skating was out of the question

Then I went to a mandatory all day coaching clinic and spent 2 hours more in a deck hockey environment practicing.

I'm slightly beat.

Us, another couple, and a buddy rode our motorcycle sdown to Warrior, AL to Rickwood Caverns state Park. Toured the cavern, which was over a mile of walking 100 feet underground. Then we had to climb 102 steps at the end of the tour to get back to ground level. After a 15 minute rest,  we walked around the park area for over a half mile.  The entire motorcycle trip was about 230 miles of riding, so we are pretty tired.  Just got a hot shower and plan to kick back and watch the boob tube for a while!

Computer took a crap while on the road so while the Geek Squad was loading this one I rode around Kansas City, MO 9.1 miles not that far but what a great stress relief!!! Walked for a little over a hour. Now trying to get everything back in this one like the last. Dam I hate new cell phones & computers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
