As many of you know...I had a heart attack about 4 weeks ago(my second).  I've also had double heart bypass and a stent.  I got up to between 213-215 from a low of 187 (eating junk).  I need to get back there (about 190), not for looks or vanity...It's more like my life depends on it!!  Well I got on the scale tonight after some walking and weedeating...199.5!!  Cut out sugar and cut way back on carbs.  Didn't overeat and the weight has come off.  Praise God!  Don't know how long I have to live here on earth, but I'll try and do what I can.  Maybe do things like walk by daughters down the aisle at their weddings and stuff like that.  Anyways...think I'll celebrate...Go ahead and supersize that if you would...NOT.  Brian

Brian,
Awesome news, keep up the good work. Your daughters and
US here want and need you to be around for a long long time.

Way to go Brian! Glad you're back on track and losing. Having heart problems myself, I know how important it is to keep the weight under control.

I've been out of the loop over the last month or so and hadn't heard about your health problems. Very sorry to hear about your difficulties, but get your chin up and plan on living another 25 years. Not only walking your girls down the aisle, but being their to welcome their babies in to the world and have them nap on your chest. And congratulations on regaining control. Hang in there, bro.

Good news Brian! Sounds like you have a wise attitude, a willing spirit, and a grateful heart. You can't beat that combo!
