Back home from surgery

Well I am back home from my  lap-gastric bypass sugery and all went well.
The pain is getting better each day  and so am I.
Checked out of the hospital on Sat around noon and attended the high school football  scrimige Saturday night to watch my two sons play.
I almost stayed home but I knew they wanted me to come and I needed to get my walking in so
we gave it a shot and all went well.
This was my first surgery so it is strange dealing with the post op but things are getting better each day.   That air they fill you up with HURTS !!!

Congrats to ya Keith! Glad all went well and you are doing good. You're on your way now - it's a heck of a ride! Walk & sip, walk & sip . . .

 Glad you're home. And, yeah, the air is pretty uncomfortable. So are the fluids.

As the guys say, walk and sip and you'll be feeling better day by day.

Ditto on what the other guys said.  Welcome to the loosers bench.  Keep a journal on your weight loss cause the lbs are going to drop big time.

Thanks to all.   The pain is getting much better and today I even had some 'mash-taters'  as we say down here.
Good to have something that did not taste sweet
