Dave I was wondering if you were taking advantage of the culture and I didn't mean the two girls. But pretty cool to be in a land so ri*****ulture with health and exercise. Your commetment, dedication and results are really inspirational. Thanks! C'ya Bob

Thanks, Bob!

Japan is truly a place where people believe strongly in exercise, but percentage-wise very few people actually come through. For this reason, if a person is seen to have results, others will follow. Another aspect is, people are often too busy to explore options. They don't know much about low-carb, haven't heard of P90X, they don't know that yoga can be just as beneficial as weight training or cardio OR, could simply be that no one in their circle of aquaintences has ever stuck to an exercise program.

Hell, one guy started exercise just because he heard that my health check had gone to A1 (top level in the system). So it is a place where someone who stands out can make a difference, even if he does a little too much.

Best Wishes,

Dave
