Sounds like Dx's old saying: "Busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kickin' contest," except you're chasing little kid who are on one leg. If you're on skates, it must be good core and leg work.

I think I've got the P90X nerves developed and pretty much got the motions down pat, so time to go modest. All I did was 45 minutes of the P90X + 90 minutes of the Bikram Yoga and two 10 minute hops on the bike to and from the subway station.

Today (it's now Wednesday here, so I'll give you the preview)...

Got the day off and I'm going to try double 90 minute Bikram sessions with a two hour break in between, then I'll stop by the foreigner's bar and brag to the guys with Metabolic Syndrome from living in said bar. (Well, there are 1-2 who do Karate, but they make up for it in beer and cigs).

Had a lot of driving to get in still at it but, stoppd and got the bike out for a quick 9.3 miles, did 20 push-ups, 60 sit-ups and used my light weight on arms.

Down day for me exercise-wise as Big Boner, his wife and I spent the entire day pretty much driving to our cousins. Got in 101 situps and 51 pushups before we took off. 

By the way, Big Boner is 4 weeks out and doing great. He's flirting with the 300 pound barrier but is currently stalled. He's sticking with the program and will blast through the below 300 pound mark here in the next week or so.
