6 months out

So yesterday I had a job interview (trying to better myself) and I decided to tuck in my shirt. Normally I would just  let the shirt hang out to try and hide my fat belly.  Here's a pic of me with my shirt tucked in. My belly still sticks out a little but work is in progress.  Also I changed my avie

   Keep up the good work. I'm about a week surgery date before you. So in a way we are traveling down this road on the same course to a better future. I'm 6-2 and started out at 394. I had my 3 month checkup back in June and since have been on a stall. Only lost 10 this summer. Inches and better health is still going good. Can't wait to see the numbers fall again. You will get that job and here's to the tuck. Way to go dude. Later, Ken
