IDGOMB WEDNESDAY
Spent 4 hours in the 105 degree Yoga hot room. As much as I wanted toward the end to feel ill, my muscles and mind were the only thing that would even come close to giving out.
Sounds odd, but I'd recommend it to those living in a hot climate. You can feel hot once twice a week, then you're home free. The miracle of acclimation.
Then, if you're like me and don't have the discipine to get in enough exercise intensity, this will get that heart rate up. I'm getting 150-170 BPM for each 90 minute session. It's very similar to running intervals. You do a position that gets the heart rate up really high, then you rest on your back and it drops back to about aerobic range.
Just imagine getting accoustomed to moving heavy furniture in your attic.
