Coffee/Caffeine...
I've been employed in city government for 28 years (feels more like 58 years!). It is almost a requirement that you drink coffee. 
I drink several ( 4 to 6 or more)cups every day. Never quit and haven't had a problem.

Well, I work in State Governement and it IS a requirement! LOL Everyboody looks at you funny if you aren't holding a cup! I stopped for about the first month, but I've been drinking ever since with no issues. My wife was worse than me, she was in the hospital ONE DAY after her surgery and asked the nurse for a cup, really. I thought the girl was gonna fall out!
