12 months out

1 year out today.   365 day ago this minute, I was in recovery.    Instead I walked 5 miles today.  Holding steady at around 200 pounds, and diggin it.

Just think about how we first talked to each other discussing whether to buy American cars.  And, now we're online friends.  Your recovery has been fantastic.  You should probably respond to Bob L 's exercise reports with how you do all of that heavy yard work and walk all over your property.  Like many other men, I think those of you who have physically demanding jobs should let us know about your activities on the job too.  It's been great knowing you.  Congrats on your progress so far.  Thanks for being such a good friend and supporter.
