IDGOMB - Thursday
Only did 40 minutes of Vinyasa style yoga for athletes. This is male-geared yoga. That is, it is based around bodyweight supporting pushup positions (near the floor and up), as well as positions in the "runner's stretch." It's good for the upper body and core. I'll have to rest a couple of days to go back to the 10 degree yoga, since I did four hours last time.
