4 Month follow up

just had my 4th month follow up

all blood work great

no longer taking meds for Diabetes or Depression

BP Meds are 1/4  strength  most likely stopping in a month

weight is down 74 lbs

And I am Happy again!!!!

Eddie, keep up the good work and stay with what you've been doing..... the results are fantastic.  Kudos to you.

Wow!! You're doing fantastically.  At the rate you're going, you'll be below 300 in a few weeks.  That's probably something you couldn't even imagine a year ago.  Keep up the good work and keep on posting here.

These are one of the best type of posts in my eyes...if I am having a tough day on my liquid program, reading these posts....gives me the kick in the ass and open my eyes to what I have to look fwd to after my surgery. Since I have started my lqiuid program the Dr has taken me off one of my pills for my Type II so I look at that as a step in the right direction after only two months!
