Something to think about

I have been having major financial issues lately. So much so that there has been hardly any money to buy food and certainly no money to buy vitamins or supplements.  THIS IS NOT A PLEA FOR ANYTHING.

I found out tonight that my flexible spending account at work will cover supplements as long as the doctor says they are necessary.

I have to see  him Monday to get him to fax a letter but I do not anticipate a problem because I am severley anemic and have a very low B12. I got my labs done again and they were so low the first time he thought I was internally bleeding.

My point is you might be able to use FSA (flexible Spending account to help buy vitamins etc

Definitely take care of that, if you can. Low B-12 can mean being a crip a few years down the road. Serious stuff.

I know. In 99 I spent 22 days in the hospital with a protein and vitamin deficiency. I already have brain fog and neuropathy. I have to get a specific list of the vitamins and supplements to give to him I found out.

Luckily I will be working with vitalady.com. it is a wonderful site. She has a copy of my labs and can make some wonderful suggestions.

Hopefully it will work out good for ya Jack. You have to stay on top of it and keep your nutrition, vitamins and supplements going in - don't want you to have problems!
