No formal exercise today - changed oil and filter on motorcycle, then worked around the house.

30 Minute Shoulder and arms workout, followed by 90 minutes of hot Bikram Yoga (two hours in the hot room).

After the double session the other day (four hours in the hot room), single sessions no longer feel hot, just sweaty.

30 miles on the bike whi*****luded 10 miles on the mountain bike with my 10-year old Sarah and 20 miles of HIIT (using not-Dave parlance) on the road bike. I can't say going anarobic during these intervals is much fun but you do get a workout. I can't muster up the motivation to do them very often but you can almost feel the fat evaporate as you do them. 

Also, worked out in the gym with both Sarah and Betsy, who has downs syndrome. Sarah did the eliptical and Betsy was on the recumbant exercycle. What a hoot!!

Great job everyone......weekends are a great time to ramp up the time spent exercising.
