Monday at 12:30
Well this is it. I have tonight tomorrow and tomorrow night to get through. Surgery is at 12:30 Monday.
Damn I hope eating is easier after surgery. This 2 week preop diet sucked. What was I thinking trying to do that while on vacation?! All I can say is that I ate far less than I would have but not what I was asked to eat. Dang! I wish I had eaten better. I will go into tomorrow very light on food. High on liquids. And hoipefully fear will be kept in check.
At least vacation kept my mind occupied. Ran around with my kids from dawn to dusk and then some. Had a great time.
Keep me in your thoughts on Monday and please let the pain meds not turn me into an over due cement mixer. Yes I worry about the oddest things.

Eating afterwards is going to be completely different than it was before. It's very eerie and hard to explain, but next week you'll finally understand what I mean .
