I think 'it's....... I got off my butt......

I did 45 minutes of inline skating working on my left crossovers.  It's harder on inlines than on the ice.

It stands for " I GOT OFF MY BUTT" - Bob L. came up with the idea to post IGOMB on a daily basis so we could hold each other accountable to exercise regularly, and it has proven to be a great idea. Anyone can start the thread each day.

Worked back and biceps with moderate weights. Walked 1 mile on the treadmill.

I walked to and from work, 1.6 miles each way. I was gonna lift a little but my wife made me an appt to get my hair cut down at the place where she goes, so I went down there and looked at all the fake titties on the hairstylists and manicurists for an hour or so. Oh....and got my hair cut.

Weights only today. Did the legs part of the P90X Legs and Back DVD, because I'd already done my back the day before. Then, I did the entire Shoulders and Arms DVD. At night, I heated up my body in the bathtub and did some deep stretching.

Wednesday is my day off, because I'm going to try and do three of the 90 minute yoga sessions on Thursday, so 6 + hours in a 105 degree room.

Since I know that you are a long distance truck driver, I was wondering if you have to load and unload your own truck and waht exercise is involved with that.

Rode my bike 10 miles and did 101 situps and 51 pushups in the morning. Lazy day but every little bit helps burn up a few calories.
