5 mile ride not bad for my first day.

2.5 miles walked.Then coached baseball for the evening..

30 more minutes of walking at lunch time for me.  I'm not sure when I can start lifting weights or using the excercise machines at the YMCA.  I will ask next week when I meet with the surgeon.

Johnboy Damn good! I rode 1 mile for almost a week before I progressed.

Stephan be careful ask before you do I was told no mre then 5lbs for 6 weeks? You can cause a hernia very easy right now, great effort bud.

Didn't ride but did walk 45 min, 20 push-ups, light weight arms.

Thanks Bob I want to be at RAGBRAI milage by next year even if I can't get there I may ride the miles here at home.But I would like to be there.

Worked shoulders with moderate weights, and walked 1 1/2 miles on treadmill at a 5 incline.
