the smaller a$$ fart

It has been a while since I've posted, but this morning needs sharing.  I had surgery june of 2007 and have been in a stall around 200 lbs for about 4 months.  This morning with jeans, pockets filled with keys, wallet etc. (the way you would be weighed at the doctors office), to my suprise I was at 199.2 lbs.  I have officially lost over 130 lbs.

Great news and thanks for sharing it.  Just imagine, you would have been 197 or so in the buff!!!  I can't wait to hit that mark.
