Well, I hope you don 't mind me starting this so much, but it helps me stay motivated to work out.  I increased my distance in walking today and walked for 45 minutes at lunch today.  I'm not sure how far but it was a good distance.

Don't mind at all Stephan - that's the idea, anyone can start the IDGOMB thread!

Worked chest and triceps with moderate weight. Wlaked 2 miles on the treadmill at a 4 incline.

Walked back and forth to work today. About 3.3 miles total.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

Stopped in Ohio late got in 11.3 fast miles on the bike, 30 incline sit-ups, 20 push-ups. Keep up the posting Stephan OK by me... C'ya Bob
