I didn't see one for Monday?

Monday:

Morning - P90X Chest, shoulder, tricep workout

Night -    Bikram Hot Yoga, 90 minutes

Tuesday:

Morning - P90X Back and Bicep Workout.

Night    - Grueling Bikram Yoga, 90 minutes. Every session is

different and my muscles and lungs felt like they were

giving out. Probably my fault, since I got there 30

minutes early and did some heavy stretching.

It's already Wednesday here and I did the P90X Cardio workout the morning following the grueling yoga session.

The Cardio DVD is a review of the best of the other non-resistance training DVD's: YogaX, KenpoX, Core Synergistics and PlyometricsX (jump training).

Used to take Karate when I was 12-13. The Kenpo motions really bring back old memories. It's a lot of fun.

Best Wishes,

Dave

Hey goofey you started the Monday post?? Getting Old or is the heat getting you?? Ha!Ha!

Getting old, I guess. No, in defense of myself...I've been really focused and energetic and forgot to eat. I'd gone seven hours - a big nono - when I finally caught myself!

(Also, as you can probably tell, I love reporting on my extreme exercise behavior. I can't do it too much at work, hardly anyone exercises here. I have been passing some of the info to the TV celeb who teaches the subject "Sports Business." He has his own show and I'm sure he must be running out of material for this "big city with a country mentality.")

I walked for 1 hour while at work, then I stopped at the bowling alley on the way to the gym and threw my 14 pound ball for 3 games without stopping. Got to the gym and worked abs, and then did a 65 minute spin class at full throttle. It was a good day.
