What you be snackin' on these days?
Salami..the hebrew national kind
Protein bars (normally 2 or 3 a day)
M&M peanuts...I mean you need some chocolate everyday...its' good for the soul...lol
Tortillas and salsa
Salads, I kind of count salads as free foods (fat from dressing and fiber malabsorbed)....plus they're an easy way to add protein (just throw some meat on top).

My snack foods are: soy nuts and dried peas. I keep a container of each on my desk and eat them 1 at a time and also my co-workers as they walk by take some. Its my contribution to getting them healthy. I also snack on soy crisps and fresh blue berries when they were in season. I'll also have some cheese once in a while.

Being only a few weeks out, snacking has been outlawed! But I have grabbed a few tortilla chips when I can't wait for dinner. Thats about it. Too scared to try all my old faves - cookies, tater chips, pizza. Haven't craved them either.
