OK Guys, I hate to admit what I did tonight, so let me begin by saying I walked 40 minutes at lunch.......
Tonight,...... I went with my wife to Dance lessons and we learned the swing. Let me tell you that I was sweating, my back was aching and my thighs were getting sore. geez... why did I sign up for this. Next week we learn the Fox Trot.......save me

Morning: P90X Kenpo Karate DVD
Evening: P90X Chest & Back DVD (mostly a variety of pullups and pushups)
It's already Wednesday here and this morning I followed that up with the P90X YogaX video.
The YogaX video roused my curiosity, so I searched the web for it and even people who are experienced with Yoga say it is hard. Not so much the technique, but the combinations and repetitions and the fact that it's 90 minutes nonstop!

I road my bike to work , that's about 12 miles one way .Its also a 480 ft climb in elevation . The last 4-5 hundreds or so are damn near stright up . LOL ( or so it feels like it ) Its all up hill from my home to my place of employment , But the ride home is a BLAST. At 3;30 in the morning there's not really many cars on the road and I just about have the road all too myself . I love riding and the saving in gas don't hurt either.
