Mid-Month Check In

OK guys PT check in time for accountability! The end of the month is fast approaching so how are we doing so far with your exercise! What ever way your tracking it hours, miles walked, ridden like Boner, crawled like Bama (around the bar stool!), yards on the Trike like jbob, Dance steps like Stephen, NotDave will add a few extra pages....

I've rode 129.6 miles worked out in some fashion each day. I need to step it up to match August.

In addition to the weight training, I've walked 23 1/2 miles on the treadmill so far.  I need to log more miles -  not walk 'em, just log 'em.  BwaHahahahaha!!!

I need to figure out a way to add my stumblin' and bumblin' on the basketball court to my total miles. Any ideas would be appreciated.  

My cycling for September has been good as I'm close to 250 miles so far this month with a 125 mile ride planned for this Saturday. Hope to do 500 miles for the entire month.

20 miles walking thru the countryside in N.c.
12 miles on treadmill
Playing soccer with the kids 3 hours a week.
Still can't get below 277.
