After driving 472 miles today on a mini-vacation sans spouse - I put my walking shoes on after supper and hoofed around two side by side motels for about 40-45 minutes.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Had one of those days everything I touched went to CRAP. So I decided I needed to get some biking in (Yep of course flat tire). So after a short pity party I fixed the tire and knocked out 27.3 miles in Emporia, KS. attitude changed dramatically even found a small coffee house by the University. Finished biking knocked out 20 push-ups, light weights and called it a day. I can't believe what a great feeling exercise can be! Rocky Top

Regarding the flats, my bro said you can cut down on the number of them if you use goo tubes.  I have no idea what they are.  By the way, I know he used air canisters to fill tires after putting in a tube.  You can either by the more expensive ones in a bike shop or get an adapter and use the cartridges that are made for paint guns.  He bought his at WalMart.

90 minutes of the yoga from hell, P90X YogaX. That's the one that even gets experienced yogis. It's the combination of repeats of a handful of challenging Sun Saluation and Warrior poses, then does strenuous balancing poses, then several that really wrence the torso and abs. Biggest thing is it's 90 minutes long.
