Their's a chain of truck stops called Bosselman's they serve a 5lb single patty cheese burger. They take your picture before and if eaten in a hour or less you get a T-shirt, and your picture with the time eaten is on the hall of Fame, if not it ends u on the wall of shame. Some have eaten it in less then 10 minutes! It's a awesome looking burger the bun is about 12". 

My father-in-law is a cousin to "old man Bosselman's" wife. They all grew up in Nebraska. I always stop at the Bosselman's in Grand Island while on my way back to Iowa. Didn't know about the "burger challenge."
