Hey Guys,

It's a national holiday here and had a little time and... 

I love the hotchickswithdouchebags.com site so much, I dressed up like a scrote. Showing abs in a d-bag photo makes you a "crustacean" , especially if you point at them. 

I've uploaded some others, if you have time, please let me know if you see a better one.

Thanks, I noticed that they came out from exercise in general, rather than ab work. I had them at about the end of my first year when I reached goal. For some reason I didn't do  any ab work. They say now that upper body work helps bring out the abs - and of course low body fat.

You may be right. Although I don't have any of my own jewelry or sunglasses and even had to borrow those, personality wise I could become a douchebag.

However, moves to Jersey, SCal or back to school to be a frat boy are pretty expensive these days.

And over decoration is so prevalent here that nobody would even notice my douchedom:

You are livin' proof that a former fatman can get a "six-pack" if you really, really, really want one. Congratulations on your accomplishment, man! It's taken an extreme amount of effort to get where you are now physically so all I can say is FART!!
