OT Bubba again

Bubba had a flat tire, pulled off on the side of the road, and proceeded to put a bouquet of flowers in front of the car and one behind it. Then he got back in the car to wait. A passerby studied the scene as he drove by and was so curious he turned around and went back. He asked Bubba what the problem was. Bubba replied, "I have a flat tire." The passerby asked, "But what's with the flowers?" Bubba responded, "When you break down they tell you to put flares in the front and flares in the back. Hey, it don't make no sense to me neither

Hmmm  Snickerdoodledude ..  this must be the same Bubba whose brother is an Arkansas Highway Patrolman ...  

  Ya know, the one that came upon the horrible, fatal car accident scene one day while patroling   ...  the driver's body parts strewn all over the highway  ..  and it was his duty to carefully write it all down in his report ... 

  He started writing his report with "left arm in ditch" ...  then "right leg in left lane" ...  then came  "left leg in right lane" ..  

  But then he got to the unfortunate motorist's head, and encountered a slight problem ..   It was laying in that middle grassy part of the roadway between the lanes going different directions ...   Still, he tried his best ..  "head in m-a-d-i-a-n ..   m-e-d-e-a-n ..    m-u-h-d-i-a-n ..   "      < KICK >     ...  "head in ditch" ...
