Late giving my 2cents on this important topic.

If you like the girl, or think that you may, go. BUT, you have to have a very clear and distinct plan for eating. What will you eat and how much?

Also be careful of triggers and trigger facilitators, such as alcohol.

If you know her at all, tell her the truth and get her to help you follow your plan. If that is not a good idea, just set the plan and figure out how to do it. A bit of flexability (within the plan) is not terrible.

Don't laugh yourself to death, we want to hear the story.
