 Looks legit ..   although it reads to me for some reason almost like a salespitch for his website ..  (and not sure what all the "tee hees" are about ..   )

  But on a somber note, Ron mentions on there that his mother (his "biggest fan") passed away recently of ovarian cancer ..      He is apparently going to be returning to his hometown in GA for the next week or two to sell off his childhood home and her estate there ..   It looks like that is, of course, really upsetting for him and he asks for prayers and support during this troubling time in his life      (and alludes to the stress causing him to feel pressure to possibly eat big again - ugh!     )..
