Any Ideas
Ok men, now that i am 12 weeks out and in the grove working out 6 days a week, I have a issue..I have been stuck at the same dam weight for 2 weeks now.
I am getting in around 120-150 grams of protein a day and about a gallon and half of water.
I had heard that we all stop losing at some point but dam 12 weeks is early.... Any ideas guys?
Is anyone going to be going to the OH Event in LA?

Stalls or stops are not uncommon. Sometimes the body takes a short break as to how it loses weight.
1. Don't stress. Keep working your program. Up your exercise and vary your routine a little bit to help jog the cycle.
2. Measure inches. Sometimes you are losing inches instead of lbs as the body reshapes itself.
3. Muscle weighs more than fat. You are building muscle and losing fat in the process. Sometimes they may just equal out
