I know I'm sounding like a broken record but a routine's a routine. Walked to and from work (3.5 miles) and about an hour of upper body lifting.
I just realised that I gave away my age by citing a broken record. For you pups records were like CD's back in the early days of electricity. Except they weren't digital. If you can imagine such a thing.

Jish, Skipping has been know to happen on CD's from time to time, as well...
I remember records well. Record companies made CD's really expensive and now it's coming back to bite them in the arse!

750 steps around the house this morning for my morning walk. Mid-day walk did about 1/2 mile with the wife. Tonight I walked to the car, rode down to the football stadium, walked through the parking lot, then about 200 yards from the gate to the 50 yard line seats, then up about 20 rows so I could sit in the shade.. of course after the game I had to do all that in reverse.
I'm tired as hell tonight!
