Welcome home, Clapton. Glad you are doing good. The first week is kind of a ***** with the bloating. OMG, that was basically the only problem I had -- because of the bloating, I couldn't tell what I was feeling, if it was the bloat, or fullness, or pain. Had my surgery on Monday (9/15) and on the next Sunday, if went away. Felt 100% better. It is hard to regulate the drinking/eating. My doctor only allows us liquids for the first two weeks, then mushies for the next 2. Good luck. Michael
Hey Slowwwwhand .. glad u're back and on the loser's bench, Jeff ..
(lol, btw @ "learned the hard way not to trust a fart" - been there, did that .
)
Yep, the gas will eventually go away .. If your surgeon used nitrogen to check for leaks before closing you, then some of that may still be trapped in your system and will just eventually find its way errrr .. out ...
To add a signature line, just click on "user settings" on the menu on the left side of the page .. It will then let you set one up .. The new "rules" on OH don't allow for as much on them as they used to, though ..
I'm not sure how to do the ticker thing, however .. Someone else will have to help you there ..
