P90X Chest and Shoulders Workout.  Consists of about 200 pushups (6 kinds) and 100 pullups (4 kinds) as well as some bent over rows (3 kinds). 

Amazing how much pushups when done in different angles, widths and sweeps (like "under the fence" pushups) can work the core.

i did my noon walk, plus 10 minutes on the cross trainer and ab excercises on the ball.  In the evening I went to an hour dance class with my wife and learned the Rhomba (spelling?)
