101 pounds lost

So, I haven't be around the board lately - work is sort of in full swing - open a new show on Monday night - so things have been hectic.

But this morning on the scale, it read 309, which is a loss of 101 pounds since I started this journey. (Which means in 10 pounds I will be celebrating being under 300.) Considering I have a goal of 220, I am only 89 pounds away. Wow. It's totally amazing.

Feels great, don't it bro? It's hard to imagine how we used to get around back in the over 400 days. 101 lbs in under 4 months is nothing short of a miracle if you sit and really think about it.
