Well broke my distance record today! 51.2 miles!!!
Full weight training, 50 incline sit-ups, 30 leg lifts, 20 pull-ups, 20 push-ups.

Worked baqck and biceps with moderate-heavy weights. Walked a mile.

Exhaustion set in. Could be becuase of the end of hot yoga. My peaking cycle probably fizzled out and my father-in-law's being sick and classes starting up are both a constant mental grind.

I was only able to do one a.m.  P90X workout:  Shoulders and Arms.

They all do to some extent seem to reach the core.

Rock,

It's hard crossing time zones and pulling all nighters, I'll bet. I didn't even notice. That was in fact my Thursday workout. The Friday workout will have to be a single evening one. Too much to do and still waiting for the fatigue to subside. Damned fatigue...I hate being human!
