Long time no see. On my part any way.

Use to be a regular here but I have been AWOL for a while. They say that the only constant in life is change. That is so true. I had surgery 12-14-06. My highest weight was 375+, day of surgery 329, today 165. My lowest weight was 156. I have been staying at the 165 to 170 range for over a year. I still work for the same company but they combined two jobs, credits and vendor returns, and I do that now. I have also been asked to be the facilitator of a couple of different projects. All of which would not have happened prior to surgery. I use to have time to read and post at work, this is no longer the case. Now I stay busy all day and rarely have the time to even read the posts here. I have also turned into a runner, I am now one off the guys I use to make fun of. Between that and just living life and the motorcycle club I belong to, I don't seem to have time to do much. I do try to pop in from time to time and read some posts here. I also try to pop in on the exercise and fitness board. It's alot easier to stay caught up there, not as many posts. Any way that is the short version. I am going to try to pop in more often.

Wow Panner .. ltns indeed, .. good hearing from you again and glad you are doing so well, man .. "Victory" stories like yours are an inspiration to all of us!

Glad to see you back amongst us. And to echo my fellow Texan, we need success stories like you to pop in here from time to time and remind us where the promised land lies and how to get there. And how to stay there.
