Ut Oh - "Comfort Food" Consumption On the Rise Of Late

 I saw an article on CNN news this a.m. where they revealed that, due to the stress from the economic woes of late, comfort food eating has been rising dramatically in the U.S.  This means that the "bad stuff", such as fast and convenience foods are being really gobbled up .   as well as a bit of some of the more healthier stuff:   the study mentioned that the fastfood giants such as McD's are reporting a brisk rise in sales of late and that the only major food manufacturer that reported an increase in profits in the last quarter was Campbell's ..  

   Anyone having a particularly hard time staying away from the "quick & tasty stuff" lately?  I know my weight is up 8 lbs. from where it usually hovers, due to eating more of such things  ..
