I finally have a date

In my opinion the surgeon's office screwed up and delayed two weeks giving me a date and sending my information to the insurance company, but in any case I'm now set for November 19 to get banded.  None too soon.  I've been giving up and eating way too much.  I've also been sick, which caused me to stop some of my exercise.  I can structure myself for six weeks, can't I (question to myself).  Any way some relief in knowing what the next step is.  It is a difficut job being a control freak who feels out of control lots of the time.

Thanks to all of you for the support you've given so far, I know i'll be needing more!

Congrats on getting a date Henry. Great timing actually since you won't be able to partake in the traditional holiday eating binges. A few pounds saved is a few pounds earned.
