IGOMB Even on Monday Edition
Monday is an important day for kicking off the weekly exercise routine. Me?
5:45 a.m. : P90X Kenpo Karate DVD (Lasts about one hour - fun, but pretty good cardio)
5:15 p.m. : P90X Plyometrics, or "Jump Training" video.
(The hardest. I had some 19 year old students jumping with me. They had to stop halfway.)
It's now Tuesday here. I have three 90 minute classes to teach, but I know one of our young buck part time teachers is going to be at work and will bedepending on me for the P90X Chest and Back DVD (about 200 pushups and 100 pullups)
It's nice to be needed... I'm the city exercise animal.

Cancel that Chest and Back DVD workout.
I woke up at 2:00 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep. So I figured if I did that workout, I'd get sick for sure. Instead, I settled for the P90X Stretch routine in the a.m. That was about 50 minutes of stretching.
Feeling like a mere mortal again and it hasn't even been seven days since the last mortal episode. I think the chick with the bellybutton jewelry is distracting me.

Pushups and situps in the AM then, thanks to Dave's message saying how important it is to start a week off right by getting in some good Monday exercise, I went to the gym after work and got in my core workout. Didn't feel like doing it but Dave's message motivated me git er' done.
