I was going to suggest dehydration. Good for you for checking into it. Get rid of the Flintstones and get a decent multivitamin. Try a centrum chewable. They really are better.

Good luck Chaplin sounds like you have a handle on your current problem. Remember some vitamins can effect Blood Pressure such as fish oil. Good Luck. Rocky Top

Slowhand, perfectly normal at that point, as long as you are keeping your fluid intake up (no dehydration) .. 

  It's like the body suddenly has to rest from the surgery and recouperate and re-energize, as well as adjust to a whole new eating regimine (maybe it suddenly realizes this isn't just a temporary thing  ) ..  Your metab is probably somewhat slowing down now too, due to the limited food intake as well (hence the temporary stall)   I don't know how to truly describe it ..   Starting about then, I wanted to sleep big time for several weeks ..
