Super FRIDAY Coffee Talk
WOO HOO for Fridays! Woo hoo for wives that get up and want to fix breakfast! Lucy is fixing breakfast as I make coffee and do the talk. I love this woman so much and I thank God for our lives together. She treats me like a king, I treat her like a queen (cuz she is) HAHA!

Our challenge for today is to do something special for someone you love. This week has been about songs and about love, so today, instead of only telling them, show them. There are MANY MANY ways we can show love. Do something unique today and show some love. Wanna join me in this challenge?

I'm becoming cross-addicted to this junk. Are there 12-step programs for coffee?
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
Me too Fish. My nutritionist at Vandy said the coffe is fine, provided it is decaf. She said the regular coffee (and tea) will tend to cause dehydration if you have more than about 2 cups a day.
