Good Day Friends

I guess I was just a little to bored today.. I started cleaning my closet out... I got 5 trash bags of cloths that no longer fit..  

The goodwill is going to love me for this..

Well I just bought my firstl XL tshirt today and size 36 pants.. DAm  I am skinny,,, lol, what a feeling not to have to pay extra for cloths now.....

Just a small piece of advice;  ALWAYS try things on as you keep on your journey.  In the past I NEVER would try things on at the casual male.  Now I find myself thinking I still need an XL shirt or pants and most of the time they are TOO big. 

Before you know it those 36 pants will be too big for you and if you don't try them on, you'll be heading back to the store.

Awesome Job Scott but hey, why not offer the too big clothes on the clothing exchange?

Great Job Scott, I have had several similar experiences lately.  Yesterday, my wife came back from the church rumage sale with size 36 pants, and 16 1/2, large shirts.   I think she spent $2.50 total for some decent clothes. Currently, I am comfortable in 38s and xl shirts  or 17 1/2 shirts.  When I tried the new ones on it was amazing the disparity of how they fit.  ONe of the 36 pants I could wear with a little tug to button them up.  The others were waaayyyy tooo small at this point.  The shirts also were different in how they fit or not (mostly not at this point, but I wanted her to get clothes that I would fit into later)

I have hauled off a lot of clothes to goodwill here lately.  Isn't it fun?

This is such a great feeling to recycle the cloths that i no longer can wear cause they are way to big... What is funny my mom sent my a picture from when I was a senior in high school 21 years ago and man I am smaller now than back then.  I heard the workd to skinny the other night by some friends but I am on to lose the last 45lbs...


Got to run now I am taking of on a bicycle ride this morning while its still cool out.

Awesome Job Scott.

That's a great feeling isn't it.  I just donated 6 garbage bags full of Levis and polo shirts to my local support group.  They were woefully short on mens clothes. 

Buying off the rack from some place other than Omar the tent maker is an awesome feeling.
