Hockey game tonight, 1 solid hour of workout.  One of these times i'm going to get some videos done to see how foolish I look on the ice,  But it sure is a good workout

Walked a mile with Cota the super dog and wife in tow.  I thought I would be sore from yesterday's 2.5 mile hike over hills and through woods but woke up this morning feeling great and ready to go!
You're feet will bring you to where your heart is.

Had to forfeit last night's basketball game since most of our team decided to watch the Broncos get pasted by the Patriots.

I hit the gym for a 30 minute core workout and 30 minutes of spinning. Like NotDave advises, Monday exercise set the tone for the rest of the week.
