Help me out

I am two weeks out and haven't lost any weight in 5 or 6 days.  I know this will end, but my question is when.

I am walking about 30 mins twice a day, getting my liquids and protein in and taking my vitamins.

Just need some reassurance.

Thanks!!

YOUR O.K.
1.  PUT THE SCALES AWAY.  Way back when...  my wife actually hid the scales.  I was on the scales daily if not 2 times a day.
2.  keep up the liquids.  critically important.  Don't wait till your thirsty; keep a LARGE glass of water with you and sip sip sip

You didn't gain all the weight over 5 or 6 days so it will take time to for it to melt away.  It will happen.  Your on the right path and doing great.  hang in there..

I must agree.  Hide the scale, you don,t need to weigh yourself, wait until you are at the Dr or NUT.  You may gain weight in one week and lose a large amount the next, you may even go 3 weeks without a weight loss.  The scale is and will drive you crazy.  Your body will be going through hell for the next 9 months trying to figure out what you did to it.  Get in your liquids, V8 juice and protien and everything will be alright.

Stick with the program Hawgman as early stalls are inevitable as your body adjusts to starvation mode. [Foobear inserts excellent plateau writeup here]

Thanks for the gently foot to the buttocks, gentlemen.

The scales are going away when I get home after work.

Whenever my scale stopped moving, I always had other members encourage me to get the tape measure moving ..  You'll probably find you've lost inches in the interim, despite not an actual showage (is that a word?) of lbs. lost on the scale .   (errr and no, don't worry, not inches THERE    )

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

Thanks, man.  Put on a belt today and was actually able to move it to a notch smaller.

So things are good, just appreciate the reassurance!!
