****ty week

It has been a bad week. I was laid off tuesday. That came without warning, Thursday i fell while I was carring a box, and think I ripped a bicep tendon. I was referred today to another Dr on monday. The one bright spot is if I sign the seperation agreement they will extend health benefits for 8 weeks. Then my wifes benefits will start. So if anyone knows of any decent jobs in the cleveland area, please let me know. 

That really sucks!  We keep seeing on the TV or hearing on the radio about unemployment, but it only really becomes real when it is you.  What field are you in?  What can you do?  No idea about jobs in Cleveland, but I don't mind brain storming.

Sorry to hear about your job loss.  It's happening all around us.  I hope things work out.  Stay positive and remember that for every door that closes another one opens.

Thanks for all your support. I Professional Surveyor here in Ohio, but I was a direct sales rep for Leica Geosystems, a survey equipment manufacturer when I was laid off. If all else fails I may start my own business. The thing is the surveying industry is really slow right now. Have a great weekend.

Hold your head up and be positive is the best I've got. It is rough out there right now.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Mr. Bill. It's been a ****ty week for me as well. All I know is I'm glad I'm down to a good fightin' weight so I'm able to handle all this stress. I wouldn't have kicked the bucket if I still weighed 500 pounds. Another WLS blessing to be sure.
