One week today

Good evening
Today is the end of one week and I am down 14 lbs.
Get out an aresol can and light a candle.
If I can do this well in a week I am satisfied with the results. Feeling fine walking and sipping.

That's awesome Steve! Congrats on getting thru surgery!  Do everything the doc tells ya and it will come off!
