I just need some help MEN!
Ok this is some real strange ish happening with my body, I dont really eat a lot of food but I am gaining weight at an incrdible rate. On Wednesday I was wearing my size 46 pants a lil snug, Saturday nite I could not fit them anymore WTF. Today I have on some 50's and they are tight as hell, I mean is there someway possible that I could have gained 20olbs in 4 days?
Here is my daily meal plan:
Oatmeal, Turkey Bacon, Coffee (started drinking it black)
lunch meals varies at times
dinner varies also.
My 12 year old son eats more than I do, I called the WLS and they have scheduled me for 12/4/ to be seen. I may talk crazy and joke around a lot(about crackers & stuff) but this is scaring me for real. I dont go to the gym often but I walk a lot at work and try to stay active as much as I can.
Has anyone ever had this happen?
Also gas issues can make you feel bloated....so my advice is to figure out which of the above is causing the issue and address it.
Retaining water: low salt diet and LOTS of water will flu**** out
Bowel issues: Fiber, and some MOM
Gas issues: Avoid dairy and other gas causing foods, take some gas X and possibly a prescription of flagyl if it doesn't go away.

If after you do that and do not see any areas where you are screwing up or are at fault, I would definitely se the Doc and Nutritionist.
