Very sad actually.  I feel sorry for him.  Looks like he could be a good lookinig guy.  He clearly has a good personality, people seem to like him.  Yikes.

Good point Henry.  We are all human beings. As we here all know, obese people have the same emotional and physical needs and desires as do "normal" size people. These emotions and desires usually add to the frustration and struggle with obesity in trying to live their daily lives and doing the things that "normal" size people take for granted.  That in turn feeds their sense of hopelessness and uselessness.  Being "trapped" in a super-morbidly or morbidly obese body is indeed sad.

But for the grace of God . . .
