Got my two miles of walking in the neighborhood done while still daylight because did not have sig other with me. Tonight it gonna be cold walking after she gets home!!
Drug a couple of co-workers for a 1.5 mile walk at lunchtime today and just wrapped up a 1.5 mile run on the treadmill. I've been stuck around 234 -235 all week and I'm determined to exercise this **** off!

I did the eliptical machine for 30 minutes and went 2.25 miles. I also worked out with free weights for 60 minutes = super setting exercises for my chest, shoulders, and triceps.
