new 10 month photo

I'm 5 pounds from goal weight of 188.
I started at Kaiser weighing 441 about 9 months before my surgery
On Surgery day I was 331, The doc required a 20% weight loss before he would operate.
Yesterday was 10 months and I'm at 193. 
My goal is 188 by 12 months.  So I have 2 months to lose 5 pounds.  I'd like to do it before Christmas, and call it a present to myself.

Good job scott!!! I love the avatar by the way i jus****ched that last nite and the wife had dreams  that they were hacking our daughter to pieces.......lol When I woke up she was pissed and now I can****ch anymore good movies when were going to sleep.

Yeah that movie was a lot of fun.  I would love to have the abs those guys have, but I don't think I have that level of dedication to get there.

Yea I bought the two disc edition and in the making "of" they show the work out they went through...... That would be a hell no form me....lol

Well I just keep posting in her account, one day I will learn.....Maybee soon who knows?
