OT - "Bachelor-Style Sloppy Joes"
I had mentioned these on our state forum, so I thought why not here, too .. They taste just like the ones we used to get in the school cafeteria!:

I had a little bit of hamburger meat but no Manwich stuff, so I made "school cafeteria style" Sloppy Joes using some old buillon cubes I found in a jar in the cabinet earlier today .. If anyone is interested, here is how to make them:
Brown some beef in a skillet .. along with some onion .. drain fat, if preferred ..
Dissolve 3-4 chicken boullion cubes in some ho****er and add to the meat ... Put in several squirts of ketchup (a good brand, like Heinz or Hunts) and a few squirts of yellow mustard (or spicy brown mustard) .. Mix all together thoroughly and simmer it for 10-15 minutes until it boils down to a thick meat mixture, like traditional Sloppy Joes ..
I know it doesn't sound good, but you'd be surprised at how good it tastes!
